How do I register for a ShopHelpDesk account?
Click the "Sign Up Free" button at the top right of the website. Just provide your email address, set a password and complete basic information.
What are the limitations of the free version?
The free version includes basic ticket management features, supports up to 3 agent accounts, and processes no more than 100 tickets per month. Upgrade to a paid plan for more features.

How to create a new ticket?
After logging in, click the "New Ticket" button, fill in the ticket title, description and select priority. You can also create tickets automatically via email.
What are the ticket statuses?
Ticket statuses include: New, In Progress, Waiting for Customer, Resolved and Closed. You can customize statuses as needed.
