1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a full refund for monthly or annual subscriptions if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Renewal Charges
Renewals are billed automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. If you forgot to cancel and were charged, you may request a refund within 3 days of the renewal.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@shophelpdesk.com with your order information (email address, invoice ID, etc.).
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that a user has violated our Terms of Service or abused the refund policy.
5. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed through our payment partner, Paddle.com. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
